Hello everyone. I must confess, I was really sweating playing my Necrons under the current edition codex….I love these guys, but it seems I would not be able to get models to play the way I wanted. You see, I have a fun Necron army….a classic all metal raider army. Luckily, I came across Fritz who was also playing and this lead me to From The Warp. Ron had a very cool idea to do scarab bases in line with the way Forgeworld had their ripper bases. That is all well and good, but I use slightly larger scarabs. So, I had to adapt…
I was very lucky, the push mold process worked…mostly because I used HS3 from alumilite and it leaked around the miniature….but was tough enough to survive demolding. Currently, I can make six of these at a time, I think once they are applied to a base and painted…they’ll be hard to distinguish, except by weight of course, 🙂
